The Project Management Certificate Program is a structured sequence of courses that prepare you for a career in the planning and business fields. A digital badge will be awarded upon completion. Badges can be digitally displayed anywhere to recognize attaining a new level of knowledge.
The 宾西法尼亚 State University is a Project Management Institute (PMI)® Authorized Training Partner (A.T.P.), who are committed to enhancing the ongoing professional development of both current and future PMI Members, PMI-certified Project Management Professionals (PMP)®, and other project management stakeholders. We also offer Project Management Supplemental topics.
项目范围和顺序
Each project management course is approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to receive one Professional 发展 Unit (PDU) for each contact hour (21个pdu per course). PDUs are necessary for individuals who wish to apply to and take the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam.
A Penn State Great Valley certificate is awarded upon completion of the 四门必修课. Courses MUST be taken in sequence and CANNOT be taken concurrently.

PJMGT 5000: 项目展开及策划

PJMGT 5001: 项目进度与整合
The Work Breakdown Structure, Project Schedule, PERT/GANTT/CPM methods, and Project Integration. The second of four courses required for the Certificate in Project Management. Prerequisite: 项目展开及策划.
PJMGT 5002: Project 成本ing and Control
Continues the Project Cycle and introduces selection criteria, 采购, 成本估算, 以及控制机制. The third of four courses required for the Certificate in Project Management. Prerequisite: 项目展开及策划, and 项目进度与整合.
PJMGT 5003: Project Risk and Change Management

持续教育单位 (CEUs) are awarded based on a standard of one unit per ten (10) hours of classroom contact.
